Illustrated Wine features are part of an ongoing monthly wine feature in collaboration with writer Elise Hyrak and Color de Vino, an Edmonton based fine wine shop. Several years ago, I had the idea of visually depicting wine tasting notes through illustration, giving wine-drinkers a further developed expectation of a wine’s taste and experience. The selected wines can be purchased in store for as long as they remain in stock.
